It has been pretty quiet concerning Source engine based mods these days, but the much anticipated Part 3 of the popular Mission Improbable mod was released last Sunday.

Part 3 features new HD graphics and a whole bunch of brand new content. With the first map being made and released back in 2009 and the second map being released in 2010, it has taken another 2 years for the project to be completely wrapped up.
