Studio Miniboss announces release date for indie retro puzzle-platformer Out There Somewhere

Studio Miniboss have just announced the release date of its new game, Out There Somewhere, a puzzle-platformer set for February 21st launch.

Insiped by PC games of the 90s Out There Somewhere is a retro puzzle-platformer that counts on a teleportation mechanic to solve its challenges and comes with approximately two hours of gameplay time . The player takes control of  an astronaut called Yuri, the hero of Mother Planet, who’s searching for his arch-enemy Grigori in a distant planet. Currently the game works only on PCs, but a Mac version is in the studio’s plans.

Pe-order for Out There Somewhere starts from today through the studio’s blog for $4,99 while it will also be available to download from Desura upon release. Those who buy Out There Somewhere during the pre-order will receive the game’s original soundtrack with no additional costs.
