WWE WrestleFest, the new 2D wrestling game based on the e well-known WWE arcade game from the 1990s, is now available for iPhone and iPad, THQ for the iPhone at $2.99 and the iPad for $3.99.
Unlike the original game, which featured a roster with the likes of Hulk Hogan and the Legion of Doom, the new Wrestlefest features a mixture of both classic and new wrestlers including John Cena, The Rock, Randy Orton, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Undertaker, Jake The Snake Roberts and Macho Man Randy Savage, who fight in various match types that include Royal Rumble, Tag Team, Gauntlet and Steel Cage, while competing in a number of arenas like Raw, SmackDown, WrestleMania and Saturday Night's Main Event.

30 additional WWE Superstars and WWE Legends will be released post launch, as well as new arenas, through DLC. Items currently scheduled for future release include WWE Superstars CM Punk, Triple H and Sheamus; WWE Legends Shawn Michaels and Big Boss Man; as well as the classic Survivor Series arena.
THQ has also confirmed that WWE WrestleFest is in development for additional platforms, including Xbox LIVE Arcade for Xbox 360, PlayStation Network for PlayStation 3, Android and PC, with a currently scheduled release window of calendar year 2012. You can grab WWE WrestleFest from here.
