Deep Silver and 49Games today revealed that the upcoming sports game Summer Stars 2012, will be released on June 1st for the Xbox 360, the Plastation 3 and the Wii.
Summer Stars 2012 which supports traditional controls, as well as motion control via Kinect for Xbox 360, PlayStation Move or Wii, lets gamers experience a wide range of events, unique challenges and competitions at various places around the world, including London, the scene of the Summer Olympics and well-known stadiums and arenas around the world. There are more than 18 different disciplines & challenges, to a variety of summer sports, including Jump, Mountain Biking, Diving or Sprinting. A multiplayer mode is also present allowing you to compete directly with up to three players on split screen.
Deep Silver also released four screenshots that show their Archery, Mountain Biking, Swimming and Throwing events which you can check in our gallery.
