Vancouver based indie developer Eden Industries have today revealed that Waveform, a unique action game about controlling a wave of light, will be available for release on Steam in the coming weeks.
On Waveform gamers navigate the solar system while riding on a wave of light in their effort to to restore light to a dying galaxy being consumed by a Singularity. In order to achieve their goal they will have to complete over 100 levels of challenge and excitement which will see them travel from Pluto to the Sun and interact with a wide variety of strange objects, like Wormholes, Particle Accelerators, and the enigmatic Space Squids of Venus.
Players who will manage to beat the game's 11 different randomly-generated endless scenarios, will be able to play a different version of Waveform, called New Game +, which features re-mastered versions of each level. No price for the game has been announced as of yet.
