Pawel Mogila, a student at the Jagiellonian University, has unveiled the first ever gameplay trailer for Grimind, a 2D adventure platformer inspired by Amnesia: The Dark Descent, Super Meat Boy and Limbo.

Grimind is a game that blends scary atmosphere with physics, as you take control of an unidentified creature who wakes up in a unknown cave. You must demonstrate big manual skills to pass obstacles and solve non trivial puzzles to get out of scary environment and additionally remind yourself, or even discover, who you really are. You can grab objects like rocks or cubes and then throw it at any direction using mouse, or grab vines and swing it to get to the further part of level.

Grimind is expected to launch at the end of 2012. A demo for the game can be found at http://szamq.wordpress.com.
