Don’t Starve, the upcoming wilderness survival game full of science and magic created by acclaimed studio Klei Entertainment, is now available for pre-purchase on Steam, the developer has announced.
In Don’t Starve you play as Wilson, an intrepid Gentleman Scientist who has been trapped by a demon and transported to a mysterious wilderness world. Wilson must learn to exploit a strange and unexplored world full of strange creatures, dangers, and surprises and gather resources and and build shelter in an effort to keep himself alive and find his way back home.
Those who pre-order Don’t Starve, which costs $11.99 with the discount, will have immediate acces to the game’s beta. Pre-orders also come with an extra code to let another player into the game for free. Don’t Starve will launch worldwide in early 2013.
