Developer MileStone has announced that MotoGP 13 will be released on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 later this year.

“We’re very proud to announce MotoGP 13. After four years, we’ve have the license again in our hands and we’d like to put all the expertise we have developed during this time into the game. This new project will offer players the chance to experience a brand new MotoGP game that will include the most-loved features plus brand new ones”, said Luisa Bixio, Milestone Marketing and Sales Director.

We have been working together at every one of the MotoGP™ circuits to bring across every image, sound and feel in the most realistic way. Milestone also brought in the riders to participate in the design of game and give their views, which means the fans will be able to enjoy a gaming experience of the highest level.”

This year’s edition will include all the tracks and riders who will be appearing during the 2013 MotoGP season. MotoGP 13 will also include a new physics and graphics engine, “which will allow to Milestone to manage all the elements such as graphics, physics, bikes, environment modeling and in-game sound.”

The game will also include multiple game modes including a tournament mode which allows players to experience the 2013 Worldwide Championship, a quick race mode, and a career mode which has been revamped to include mix-in third and first person elements. Finally, there will be a multiplayer mode as well.
