Today Counter-Strike GO celebrates it’s 6th birthday. The game was released in 2012 and has been growing rapidly with lots of updates, new features and leagues that has made Counter-Strike back on track with today’s demanding gamers 🙂 As a bonus the developers made the MP5-SD weapon available as an alternative to the MP7. It’s been about a week since the ‘big update’ and Valve has put another update live for Counter-Strike: GO. This update fixes a couple of things with the ‘panorama’ user interface. An update for Nuclear Dawn has been released. It is required for dedicated servers. This update includes upstream Source Engine improvements, including the following: Various security and stability improvements. Fixed physics not operating at the correct tickrate when specifying non-standard -tickrate options on the command line. Lag compensation system will now reliably restore pose parameters responsible for animation layering.
